SaaSili LTD ("iZOLO", "we") provides a permit-to-work platform. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect from users of the service.

iZOLO is a trading name of SaaSili LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Data we collect

Account details — name, email, role on site, login credentials.
Operational data — permits, gas test results, audit log entries, close-out checklists and photos.
Support communications — messages you send us.
Usage and device data — IP address, browser, pages viewed and actions taken in the app.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the iZOLO service (contract).
To secure the service and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
To improve the product and respond to support requests (legitimate interest).
To send service-related emails (contract).

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with:

Service providers that host and run the platform on our behalf.
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who processes subscription payments, manages invoices and handles tax compliance.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where required.
Authorities where we are legally required to do so.

5. Retention

We retain operational records for as long as your organization uses the service plus a reasonable archival window, after which data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing, subject to the rights available under the laws that apply to you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege role-based access.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies.
