Refund Policy

iZOLO Ltd offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on iZOLO subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all iZOLO orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order number from your receipt, or contact us at support@izolo.io and we will action it on your behalf.

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the current billing period.
