Terms of Service

Last updated 6/19/2026

1. Who we are

SaaSili LTD ("iZOLO", "we", "us") provides a permit-to-work software service for industrial sites. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

iZOLO is a trading name of SaaSili LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, attempts to probe or breach security, distribution of malware, or automated scraping. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The full payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the iZOLO platform, including the software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or circumvent technical limits.

5. Your content

You grant us a limited licence to host and process the permits, attachments and other data you submit, solely so we can provide the service.

6. Service level

We work hard to keep iZOLO available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. iZOLO is a tool that supports your safety processes; it does not replace your own competent assessment of work activities.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
